  1. Overview Kweauty aims to ensure you are happy with every purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request returns, exchanges, or refunds for jewellery purchased from Kweauty, whether online or through official sales channels.
  2. Eligibility for returnsYou may request a return or exchange within 7–15 days of delivery (choose your final window) with a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment receipt). Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.
  3. Non‑returnable items Kweauty reserves the right to refuse returns for:Earrings and body jewellery (for hygiene reasons).Customised, engraved, or made‑to‑order pieces.Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑returnable” at the time of purchase.Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging.
  4. Damaged, defective or wrong itemIf you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify Kweauty within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the item and packaging. After verification, Kweauty may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, depending on stock availability.
  5. Return process To initiate a return:Contact Kweauty via the official email/WhatsApp/website form with your order details and reason for return.Wait for return approval and instructions, including the return address and, where applicable, a return shipping label or ID.Pack the item securely in its original box with all tags and documents, and dispatch within the specified time. Kweauty is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping if you choose your own courier.
  6. Shipping costs If the return is due to an error by Kweauty (wrong item, confirmed defect, transit damage), standard return shipping costs may be borne by Kweauty as per the communication shared at the time of approval. For all other returns (change of mind, size issues where correct size was supplied, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related charges.
  7. Refunds and processing timeOnce the returned item is received and inspected, Kweauty will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, as communicated at the time of approval. Actual posting time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
  8. Exchanges Subject to stock availability and inspection, Kweauty may allow exchanges for another size, colour, or product of equal or higher value (with price difference payable by you).If the requested item is unavailable, Kweauty may offer store credit or a refund in line with this policy.
  9. Cancellations Orders can usually be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order will fall under the standard return process.Custom and made‑to‑order items may not be cancellable once production has begun.
  10. Policy changes & legal rights Kweauty may update this Refund & Return Policy at any time; the latest version will apply to new purchases and will be posted on official channels. Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (for example, under the Consumer Protection Act in India).
